About Alpha

Alpha’s vision is to see the evangelisation of the nations, revitalisation of the Church and transformation of society.

Origins of Alpha

Alpha began at a church called Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) in London in 1977. It grew quickly as an effective tool for evangelism. Now all over the world, more than 25 million people have tried Alpha and it has been translated into over 100 different languages. Even as times have changed, Alpha has continued to be used by the Church as an effective tool to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Alpha Thailand

Alpha Thailand was officially started in 2013 registered under the Evangelical Fellowship of Thailand. Alpha had improved and developed all resources for Alpha courses, Alpha for youth, The Pre-Marriage Course, The Marriage Course and The Parenting Courses which have continuously had a positive impact on our country.

From 2013 to 2023, The Good News has been shared to more than 24,000 Thais through Alpha and it ministries over 1300 courses.

We do not stop developing all resources because our heart is to serve and help the churches to be ready and equip to drive its mission to help people discover and have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
